Big Buddha @ Po Lin Monastery

In the Precious Lotus Monastery, in the mountainous interior of Lantau island, is the world's tallest outdoor bronze statue of Buddha, more than 100 feet high and weighing 275 tons. The adjacent monastery is also famous for the vegetarian meals served in the temple refectory.
